There is saying for it "Wise person will learn in a day even foolish person can learn in 10days".

5. How to combine consonants and vowels
Now we can combine them together to make words.
Hangul contains consonant, vowel and final consonant in one box.
For example when you want to write word "song" with hangul.
We have to use ㅅ for s, ㅗ for o, ㅇ for ng.
Put them in one box then it becomes 송 which makes song sound.
Another example for word "Chile" ㅊ for ch,ㅣ for i, ㄹ for l, ㅔ for e
Now you can write 칠레.
We have to use ㅅ for s, ㅗ for o, ㅇ for ng.
Put them in one box then it becomes 송 which makes song sound.
Another example for word "Chile" ㅊ for ch,ㅣ for i, ㄹ for l, ㅔ for e
Now you can write 칠레.
I know it is hard to write fast now.
So I recommend you to buy or find Hangul table from internet.
And I grant you it will get ez and ez if u practice so you can write without table.
